Cycling & Photo Waiver
By joining any Together We Ride (TWR) cycling event, I acknowledge and agree to:-

Risk Awareness: I understand cycling involves risks, including injury, illness, or death, and I accept these risks. Fitness & Health: I confirm I am physically fit and have no medical conditions preventing safe participation. Safety Compliance: I will follow all TWR safety rules, wear a helmet, and listen to ride leaders. Personal Responsibility: I am responsible for my safety, bike maintenance, and carrying necessary repair tools. Liability Release: I release TWR, its leaders, volunteers, and participants from any claims related to my participation. Medical Treatment: In an emergency, I allow TWR to seek medical care for me, understanding I am responsible for any costs.

Photo/Video Consent: I allow TWR to take photos and videos of me during events. Usage Permission: TWR may use these images for promotions (social media, website, marketing). No Compensation: I will not receive payment for the use of my likeness. Consent Revocation: I can withdraw consent in writing, but existing materials may still be used
